Junior Process Engineer (m / f)

Responsibilities :

  • As a junior process and area developer (m / f), you support the initiation, design and implementation of organizational and process-related research and development projects
  • You will design and implement international, cross-site development and work processes
  • As an interface manager (m / w), you design cross-company development cooperation
  • You will actively accompany development cooperation in the development of new business models in cooperation with customers and suppliers
  • You will support the development and implementation of the development processes
  • You will manage specialist departments in process development and accompany their training courses in the process areas

 

Your qualifications – sound and specific :

  • You have a completed university degree in natural sciences, engineering, mathematics or economics
  • You have a first year of professional experience, typically in the automotive sector or in organizational, process, area development or comparable fields
  • You have experience in the design of interdisciplinary organizations and development processes, ideally in the international environment
  • You have basic knowledge in lean management and agile development
  • Process description languages ​​and business process models such as ARIS or Stages are not alien to you
  • You have already been involved in the integration of different processes, departments, groups or areas with different national and company cultures
  • In addition, you have profound knowledge of English and know through your methodical and procedural know-how

 

Skill set required : Process design and implementation (Automotive Industry), design of interdisciplinary organizations and development processes, lean management and agile development, ARIS, Stages, interface management, Organisational model design and development etc. .
